Fundraising Workshops for Schools & Charities
As a PTA Chair myself, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to find fundraising events that people genuinely want to attend without creating weeks of work for volunteers.
That's why I created our fundraising workshops.
We bring everything needed to deliver a beautiful, relaxing floral or wreath-making workshop for 10-50 adults. You simply provide the venue and promote the event to your community and we take care of the rest.
Our workshops are a wonderful way to bring people together, encourage creativity and raise valuable funds, whether you're supporting a school, charity or community group.
A simple fundraising opportunity
Our workshops are offered to charities and PTAs at a significantly reduced rate to help maximise your fundraising. Whilst similar workshops typically retail at around £50 per person, our charity rate starts from just £25 per person for wreaths and £30 per person for floral arrangement workshops.
We recommend ticket prices of £35–£50 per person, depending on your local area, allowing you to generate valuable funds whilst offering excellent value to attendees.
For example:
30 guests paying £40 each generates £1,200 in ticket sales.
With a workshop fee of £750, your organisation raises £450 before any additional fundraising.
Many groups choose to increase this further by offering refreshments, running a raffle or tombola, or applying for a TENS license and serving Prosecco or festive drinks.

All flowers, foliage and materials
Use of all tools and equipment
A fully guided two-hour workshop
Set-up and clear away
Public liability insurance
Tea, coffee and biscuits if you choose not to provide refreshments yourselves
What you'll need to provide
All we ask is that you provide:
A suitable venue with tables and chairs for your guests (a school hall is ideal)
A demonstration table for the tutor
Promotion of the event and ticket sales to your school or local community
That's it—we'll take care of everything else.
With minimal organisation required from your volunteers, it's an enjoyable, stress-free way to raise funds while giving your community the opportunity to create something beautiful to take home.
